Helen Harrison
Founder and Lead Trainer (UK)
Helen has been working in the international development arena for almost two decades now and has built up a strong network of friends and colleagues across many countries and continents who are all as passionate as her about social justice, community-based initiatives, and enabling others to live out their God-given potential. It is this passion and these friends who have been the driving force and encouragement behind the development of the 360 Life programme.
As an extension of her work with 360 Life, Helen is now undertaking a PhD in the area of culturally contextual wellbeing, and she also volunteers as Partner Liaison Manager for CRED Foundation.
Helen is married to Tim and they have grown-up twin daughters.
One key ministry objective is to develop nationally-based ‘360 Life’ authorised trainers who are self-determined, self-directed, and self-sustaining. If you would like to know more about this, please contact .

My name is MacDonald Rehoboth Nkhoma, I am a Bishop for Faith of God Ministries International and I am married to Catherine and have 4 children. I am also the training Director for Good News Global Malawi
I thank God for what 360 Life has done to me as a person and as Goodnews Global in Malawi.
360 Life has helped me to understand how the brain functions and be able to understand why I behave that way sometimes when offended, depressed and stressed up. Knowing myself has helped me to control my emotions and behave differently.
For the ministry all our chaplains and volunteers have benefitted a lot from 360 Life and are now able to understand the inmates and Prison staff. Since Helen came to Malawi and trained us, we have witnessed changes in behaviour among our chaplains and volunteers and the way they handle inmates and Prison staff. At first, we had issues coming from emotional reactions between our chaplains/ volunteers and Prison staff/inmates but after the training our chaplains and volunteers are appreciated for the way they handle the inmates and Prison staff.
360 Life is the best foundation in tackling mental health issues in Malawi because Malawians are struggling with mental health issues due to financial, marital and work-related issues. We thank Helen for introducing 360 Life to us. We pray to God that this will continue in the future.
